I used the large Magnolia from the Good Morning Magnolia for Color Challenge #34. I did a lot of fussy cutting for this one. It was very relaxing.
SUPPLIES:
*Bundle: Good Morning Magnolia Cling stamps + Magnolia Memory dies. Bundle #151087
Stamps: Good Morning Magnolia Cling #149298
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Cardstock: Thick Whisper White

INSTRUCTIONS:
*1. Cut your Thick Whisper White card base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. SCORE and fold at 4-1/4″.
2. Stamp Large Magnolia with Memento Black ink on:
~Mossy Meadow cardstock twice
~Daffodil Delight cardstock
~Soft Suede cardstock: just do the stem and the part that goes up to the big leaf.
3. Cut out:
~One Mossy Meadow image with the die cut.
~The other Mossy Meadow image with your scissors. Trim off the flower parts between leaves.
~Daffodil Delight image only cut out the flower
~Soft Suede Branch and Leaf Stem: Fussy cut with your scissors.
4, Assemble your Magnolia:
You will be attaching everything to the die cut Mossy Meadow piece.
~First: Attach the other Mossy Meadow piece matching up each leaf. I used Tombow Glue so I could adjust the leaves after I laid them down.
~Next attach the Soft Suede branch and stem with Glue.
~Add Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of your Daffodil Delight Magnolia. Figure out how & where to place it before removing the Dimensional backings. Then attach.
~Die cut the small flower center from Soft Suede cardstock. Bend up the ends. Attach to the flower center with a Glue Dot. I used Tombow and wished I had used a Glue Dot as it kept shifting position until I just sat still and held it for a minute or so.
5. Daffodil Delight card layer.
~Cut your Daffodil Delight card layer at 4″ x 5-1/4″.
~Line up the straight edge of the edge die with the bottom edge of your card layer. Die cut.
~Stamp the border stamp with Memento Black ink trying to center it.
~Run through the Big Shot with the Subtles 3D Embossing Folder.
~Attach to your card base with Tombow Glue.
~Now place your layered Magnolia on the card front.
Your Good Morning Magnolia for Color Challenge #34 is finished.
