Coloring with Stampin’ Blends

I watched a lot of Coloring with Stampin’ Blends videos and they all fast forwarded through the coloring part so fast I could not tell what they were doing. So this Coloring with Stampin’ Blends video is shown with the coloring in real time-not faster. I hope this helps you enjoy coloring and getting great results.

This Video is 15 minutes long.

SUPPLIES USED IN VIDEO:

Bundle: Good Morning Magnolia. Cling #151087
Cardstock: Whisper White
Blends Markers: Highland Heather Combo Pack #147276
Call Me Clover Combo Pack #147282

TIPS:

*1. Make sure and protect your surface with a double layer of paper. I folded a piece of Grid Paper in half. The Blender Pens ALWAYS bleed through the cardstock as shown below!

2. Work on a small section at a time. For example: a few petals, or leaves.

3. Two-Step Blends Coloring: Color with the Darker Blends Marker first in the places where the darker shadows will be. Then, color over with the Lighter Blends Marker. Color in circular motions until there are no lines where the darker Blends Marker was.

3. Three-Step Blends Coloring: Color over the whole part of the image you are going to work on first. Then, color in the parts you want shaded with the Darker Blends Marker. Now, color with the Lighter Blends Marker in circular motions until the light and dark are blended together.
