Summer Boating Card

This Summer Boating card with Lilypad Lake stamp set celebrates Summer Fun. Use any coloring tools you want. I mostly used Blends because they were on my table.

SUPPLIES:

Stamps: Lilypad Lake. Cling #151272
Ink: Memento Black
Pacific Point
Stampin’ Write Markers: Balmy Blue

Cardstock: Whisper White
Balmy Blue

INSTRUCTIONS:

*1. Cut your Balmy Blue card base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″. Watch this Video if you need help making your own card base.

2. Cut your Whisper White card front at 4″ x 5-1/4″.

3. Stamp & Color on your Whisper White card front.
~Use the lined stamp for your ocean and stamp it with Pacific Point ink twice on the bottom edge of your card front.
~Color with wide scribbles over the ocean lines with your Balmy Blue Marker.

~Stamp two sets of boats with Memento Black ink on a scrap of cardstock. Color as desired. Cut out either with the coordinating die or fussy cut with your scissors. Put Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back. You will need to cut some in half to go behind the tops of the sails.
~Lay out your boats where you want them. Attach one at a time.

~Stamp the Sun using the circle stamp. Let dry longer than I did. Color over it with you Dark Pineapple Punch Blends.
~Color the sky with your Balmy Blue Marker.

~Attach your finished card front to your card base.
Your Summer Boating Card with Lilypad Lake is finished.
