Seashells Colored Embossing Folder Card

This Seashells Colored Embossing Folder Card idea came from my friend at class. This Technique is easy and can be used to add color to any embossing folder.

SUPPLIES:

Cardstock:
Very Vanilla
Bermuda Bay
Ink Pad:
Crumb Cake
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine:
Seaside Seashells Dies #156095 (Also part of a Bundle)
Seashells 3D Embossing Folder #154309
Adhesive:
Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Seashells Colored Embossing Folder Card

INSTRUCTIONS:

1-Die Cutting:
~Die cut your Seaside Seashells Die from Very Vanilla cardstock.
~Remove all the extra pieces from around the die cut.

2-Emboss:
~Color the Embossing Folder on the side where the designs sink in. Rub your Crumb Cake ink pad to cover all the raised details on the Embossing Folder.

NOTE:
~You can color both sides of the Embossing Folder.
~Then you can pick the side you like best to show on the front of your card.

~Lay your Die Cut on the Embossing Folder on the inked side.
~Your Die Cut should match up easily on the sunk in side of your Embossing Folder.
~Line up the two opposite corners of your Die Cut in the Embossing Folder.

~Close the Embossing Folder and run through your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.
~Remove the Embossed Die Cut and admire the cool texture.

3-Finish Your Card:
~Cut your Bermuda Bay Card Base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold and 4-1/4″.
~Put thin lines of Tombow Glue on the back of your embossed Seashells.
~Attach to your Card Base.
Your Seashells Colored Embossing Folder Card is finished.
