Pattern Play Happy Birthday Card

This Pattern Play Happy Birthday Card uses letters cut out from another card and the Pattern Play stamp set. Choose your OWN Color Combination for the person you are giving it to.

Pattern Play Happy Birthday Card

SUPPLIES:

Bundle: Playful Patterns stamp set + Playful Alphabet Dies #154087
Ink: Bermuda Bay
Cardstock: Pool Party
Bermuda Bay
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine: Playful Alphabet Dies (Part of Bundle)
Adhesives: Adhesive Sheets #152334 OR Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut your Pool Party card base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.

Die Cut Your Letters:

NOTE 1: Put your Adhesive Sheet on the back of your cardstock BEFORE die cutting your letters. If you don’t have Adhesive Sheets use Tombow Glue to attach your letters to your card base.

NOTE 2: Use the cardstock strips that the letters were cut from for another card. Cut the Happy strip at 1-1/2″ x 3-3/4″. Cut the Birthday strip at 1-1/2″ x 5-1/2″. Space the letters evenly. Hold in place with Post-It Notes.

~Cut your Happy Birthday letters from Bermuda Bay cardstock.

Finish Your Card:
~Lay our your Letters Stripe stamp and Word stamp where you want them.
~Attach your Letters: Peel off the Adhesive Sheet backing OR use Tombow Glue.
~Stamp your Words and Stripe stamps with Bermuda Bay ink.
~Use one of the smaller stamps and stamp several times to fill up the blank space. I used the Starburst/Firework stamp.
