Deborah made these You’re the Best! Alternate Paper Pumpkin Cards using the card fronts of two cards.
SUPPLIES:
August 2020 World’s Greatest Paper Pumpkin Kit
Whisper White cardstock
Mint Macaron cardstock
Pacific Point ink pad (included in Kit)
Mint Macaron ink pad
Star Sequins from the Kit or similar embellishments
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut Your Papers:
~Cut two Whisper White Card Fronts: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″
~Cut a Green Print card front and a Blue Print card front: 3-3/4″ x 5″
~Keep the two pieces together at an angle-corner to corner. Line these corners up with your Paper Trimmer Groove and cut through both layers.
~Turn them (keeping together). Line up these other two corners with your Paper Trimmer groove and cut. This will have cut four triangles from each Print. This will give you enough triangles for two card fronts.
Card Fronts:
~Attach 2 Green Print and 2 Blue Print triangles to each card base leaving about 1/8″ between the triangles. Make sure there is some adhesive on the tips of your triangles.
Circles:
~Cut two 2-3/8″ Circles: One Pacific Point, one Mint Macaron. You can use the Pacific Point one from the Kit.
~Use two large White Circles from the die cuts OR cut a 2-1/8″ Circle from Whisper White cardstock.
~Stamp your “Round Blue Ribbon” using Pacific Point ink on one, and Mint Macaron ink on the other.
~Now Stamp your Words on the smaller 1-1/8″ White circles using Pacific Point ink on one and Mint Macaron ink on the other.
~Attach your Small Circles to a 1-1/2″ Scallop Gold Circle from the Kit. Add these Circles to the coordinating color Large Circle.
~Get two small White Rectangle die cuts from the Kit and stamp your Words on them – one in Pacific Point ink, the other in Mint Macaron ink.
Finish Your Cards:
~Decide if you want one Portrait and one Landscape as shown, or both the same direction.
Portrait Card:
~Cut apart one of the Vellum Leaf Clusters and use under your Circle Medallion.
~Attach your Circle Medallion with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
~For your small Rectangle, use and Adhesive Dot to attach it to your Medallion and a Stampin’ Dimensional over the extended part to attach it to your card front.
~Add some embellishments.
Landscape Card:
~Attach your Circle Medallion with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
~For your small Rectangle, use and Adhesive Dot to attach it to your Medallion and a Stampin’ Dimensional over the extended part to attach it to your card front.
~Add some embellishments.
