This quick Wise Men Christmas Card was a favorite at my Stamp a Stack Class. This is an easy one to make multiples of.
SUPPLIES:
Stamps: Wise Men From Afar Wood Mount #144872, Clear Mount #144875
Ink: Night of Navy
Cardstock: Whisper White
Cherry Cobbler
Thick Whisper White
Daffodil Delight
Be Merry 12×12 Designer Series Paper (DSP) #144111
Big Shot: Stitched Shapes Framelits #145372
Starlight Thinlits #141840
Embellishments: Clear Faceted Gems #144142
Cherry Cobbler 1/4″ Double Stitched Ribbon #144117
Adhesives: Fast Fuse or SNAIL
Stampin’ Dimensionals
Tombow Glue or Glue Dots
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut & Prep:
~Thick Whisper White card base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. SCORE and fold at 4-1/4″.
~Cherry Cobbler card layer at 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″
~DSP layer at 4″ x 5-1/4″.
~Stamp the Wise Men in Night of Navy ink on Whisper White cardstock. Cut out with your Big Shot and an Oval Stitched Shapes Framelit.
~Cut the Small Star from the Starlight Thinlits set from Daffodil Delight cardstock.
2. Assemble your Card:
~Attach the Cherry Cobbler card layer and the DSP layer with Fast Fuse or SNAIL.
~Lay the Wise Men and Star on the card layers to decide where to put your Ribbon. Tie it around the card layers. Use a Glue Dot if necessary to hold your knot pieces in place.
~Attach your Wise Men over the Ribbon with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
~Attach your Star with eith 2 Glue Dots or Tombow Glue.
~Attach your card layers to your card base.
~Add your Clear Faceted Gem to the center of your star.
Your card is finished.
