Sunny Day-My Digital Studio & My Digital Studio Express

I have started writing the tutorial for the Triple Flip Mini Scrapbook Album.  Now to make another one and take the pictures while making it and put them into the tutorial.  I will keep you up to date on my progress on My Facebook Fan page.

Here is a great video that explains the differences between My Digital Studio and My Digital Studio Express.  Remember you can download a FREE 30 day trial version of My Digital Studio Express from my Online Store to test it out.

My family generally receives both a “real” handmade card and a digital card for their birthdays.

I really enjoy using My Digital Studio!  I create my blog header and background with My Digital Studio. It usually takes me less than 30 minutes-unless I am really having a hard time making up my mind or choosing what to work with.

There are also new downloads every Tuesday available for purchase.  Most of our favorite papers, stamps, embellishments, and punches are available.  All colors of basic smooth card stock come with the program and new colors are included in the updates.  The old colors don’t retire!  The Designer Series Papers, stamps, embellishments don’t run out!  You can use them over and over again!  My Digital Studio Content CDs are available in both the catalog and mini catalog.  These are limited editions available only while the catalog is current.

Here is a Card Template from the Sunny Day digital kit that comes with My Digital Studio.  I left this one in its original form.  I did add a Certainly Celery border around the top of the card because it was white.

I added a Certainly Celery page layer to the top of this card.  I turned the “Thank You” into the focal point by adding a piece of Vanilla Hodgepodge Hardware around the Thank You with some of the Sunny Day Heart embellishments over a piece of Pink Pirouette card stock.  I then finished up by adding the same Vanilla Hodgepodge Hardware brads to the corners.  I used the copy and paste (Ctrl C for copy on a PC and Ctrl V for paste.  On a Mac use the little apple shape instead of Ctrl.  I LOVE copy & paste!!)

Happy Digital Crafting!
