Stamping with Large Stamps: Tags & Tidings Video

Do you have trouble getting a good stamped image when using large stamps?  Try this easy trick to get a perfect image every time!  I am demonstrating this technique using the Tags & Tidings Bundle from the 2018 Holiday Catalog which has a large stamp and coordinating Framelit.

This Video is about 5-1/2 minutes long.

SUPPLIES:
Bundle:  Tags & Tidings  Photopolymer Bundle #
Ink: Call Me Clover
Markers:  Real Red
Shaded Spruce
Pineapple Punch
Crumb Cake

TIPS:
1,  Lay your stamp down with the stamp facing up.  Lay your cardstock gently on top of the stamp holding it down with your fingers so it does not slide and smear the ink.  Continue holding onto the cardstock while rubbing another stamp block over the cardstock where the stamp is.  Put your fingers on the other side of the cardstock while rubbing the other half of your stamp and cardstock.  Peel the cardstock of quickly, lifting straight it straight up so you don’t drag the cardstock over the stamp and add smears to your image.
2. When die-cutting your Tags & Tidings, line up the tags in two opposite corners such as the upper right corner and the lower left corner.  Everything else will line up nicely then.  Yes, there are parts that were stamped that don’t get cut out as part of the tag.
