Ink Pad: Pretty Peacock ink pad
Cardstock: Coastal Cabana Cardstock
Basic White Cardstock
Three Color Glimmer 12×12 Specialty Paper
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine: *Beautiful Balloons Dies (part of Bundle above)
Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder
Ribbon: *Tahitian Tide 1/8″ Metallic Woven Ribbon
Adhesives: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Cut Your Papers:
~Coastal Cabana Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and Fold at 4-1/4″.
~Coastal Cabana Card Front: 4″ x 5-1/4″
2-Cut & Emboss:
~Basic White Cardstock: Die Cut the Label
~Pretty Peacock Glimmer Paper: Die Cut the Large Solid Balloon Die
~Coastal Cabana Card Front: Emboss with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder
3-Balloon:
~Put a Glue Dot on the back of the little part at the bottom of the Balloon.
~Cut a piece of Ribbon 10″ to 12″ long and attach the center of the Ribbon to the Glue Dot. This will be what you tie your Bow with.
~Put a Glue Dot on the front of the little part at the at the bottom of the Balloon.
~Streamers: Cut Two 7″ pieces of Ribbon. Fold these in half and stick to the Front Glue Dot.
4-Finish Your Card:
~Stamp your Words with Pretty Peacock ink on your Basic White Tag.
~Glue your Embossed Card Front onto your Card Base.
~Lay your Tag and Balloon where you want them and glue on.
