Can you believe December is already here?  Here is a quick and easy ornament to make.

Let it Snow!

SUPPLIES:
Metal:
I used aluminum flashing from the hardware store.  You can also use soda cans which you cut open.  Barb Mullikin has a video to show you how.
Big Shot:  Snowflake #2 page 220 #113460
Other:  Ribbon of choice
Button or other decoration of choice
Tin snips or Craft & Rubber Scissors page 208 #108360

DIRECTIONS:
1.
Cut open soda can or cut aluminum flashing to desired size.  Be careful not to slice or cut yourself!!!!
2.  Make a sandwich to run through your Big Shot:  cutting pad, card board and/or card stock shim, Snowflake #2 die, metal, cutting pad.  I use the card board that comes with the dies and a piece of card stock for my shim.  Each Big Shot is slightly different.  You might have to play around a couple of times to get it so all the little parts come right out.  After the metal is cut, it is no longer sharp.
3.  Decorate as desired.  I threaded a button with 1/8″ Taffeta Ribbon going around the snowflake before threading the button’s second hole.  I used the same ribbon as a cord to hang from the tree.
