Ship in a Bottle Paper Pumpkin Card

This Ship in a Bottle Paper Pumpkin Card is made almost like the directions. I love the fact that you can use the Paper Pumpkin pieces how you want.

SUPPLIES:

July Paper Pumpkin Kit
Stamp Block
Glue Dots #103683
Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue #110755

INSTRUCTIONS:

1-Choose Your Pieces from the Kit:
~Bermuda Bay Card Base
~Embossed Card Front with Clouds
~Large Bottle with “Blue Water” along one side
~Long Banner
~Large Sea Gull
~Two smaller Sea Gulls
~Twine
~Stamps
~Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Spot or Ink Pad

2-Stamping:
~You might want to figure out where you want to put all your pieces. I stamped my Banner as shown in the instructions. I wish I would have stamped my Words in the center of the Banner instead of as shown in the Instructions because I placed the Large Seagull in a different spot
~Ship into Bottle
~Words on the Banner

3-Finish Your Card:
When I make this next time I will put the Bow 3/4″ from the side instead of the 1″.
~Tie your Twine around your Card Front about 3/4″ from the Bottom edge. Put a Glue Dot where you want your Bow. Wrap your Twine around your Card Base laying each Twine side on your Glue Dot. Press the Twine into your Glue Dot. Tie a knot. Put a Glue Dot on top of the knot. Tie your Bow. Press down into the Glue Dot.
~Attach your Card Front to your Card Base with Glue.
~Put Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of all your Die Cuts.
~Lay out all your pieces where you want them.
~Attach the Banner and Bottle first, then the birds.

Your Ship in a Bottle Paper Pumpkin Card is finished.

Do You Want Some Creative Time, But Don’t Want to Do All the Prep and Thinking?

Subscribe to Paper Pumpkin. There are Instructions to follow if you want. There is a little Stamping on each projects. All the supplies come ready to use. You will need basic tools. A Stamp Block comes in your first Kit. You may need scissors. I usually use Tombow Glue and my regular Glue Dots instead of the Glue Dots that come in the Kit. Because I like to use lots of Stampin’ Dimensionals, I usually use some from my stash.
