Resilient, Strong, and Beautiful Butterfly Card

Alex made this Resilient, Strong, and Beautiful Butterfly Card. The Butterflies are colored with Markers. I like how one wing of each Butterfly sticks up.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1-Cut Your Rococo Rose Card Base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.

2-Stamp your Butterflies with Smoky Slate ink on Whisper White cardstock.
NOTE: With large stamps like this it is easier to get a great stamped image if you ink up your stamp as usual. Then lay the stamp down on your table with the stamp facing up.
~Lay your cardstock on top of the Stamp.
~Always hold down one part of the cardstock to keep it from moving.
~Take another Stamp Block and rub it over the part of the stamp you are not holding several times. Repeat with the other part of the cardstock.

3. Cut out Your Butterflies using the Outline Die OR you can fussy cut them.

4. Color Your Butterflies using the Magenta Madness and Gorgeous Grape Markers.

5. Finish Your Card:
~Stamp your Words with Gorgeous Grape ink.
~Lay out your Butterflies where you want them.
~Bend one wing of each if desired.
~Attach to your card front by putting Stampin’ Seal on the back of the wing that is flat against the card base.
NOTE: If one of the wings sticks out over the edge just bend it and fold it over the other wing so it will fit in the envelope.

Your Resilient, Strong, and Beautiful Butterfly Card is finished.
