This Quick Thank You Card in Orchid Oasis is easy to make and requires few supplies. You will need a stamp set and a set of dies. It uses the Diagonal Background Stamping Technique.
SUPPLIES:
Stamps: Happiness Abounds #159238 (also part of a Die Bundle)
Ink Pad: Orchid Oasis #159214
Cardstock: Very Vanilla #101650
Orchid Oasis #159267
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine: Amazing Thanks Dies #157816
Adhesive: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue #110755 OR Adhesive Sheets #152334
INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Cut Your Paper:
~Very Vanilla Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
2-Stamping:
~You words will all be stamped with Orchid Oasis ink diagonally with the words at the front being stamped along the left and bottom edges. These word line rows are about 3/8″ apart.
3-Die Cutting:
~Choose the Detailed Thanks Die and the Thanks Bottom Layer Die.
~Cut the smaller Detailed Thanks Die three times from Orchid Oasis cardstock.
~The Thanks Bottom Layer Die is cut once from Orchid Oasis cardstock.
4-Finish Your Card:
~Lay the Thanks Bottom Layer Die directly on your Orchid Oasis ink pad. Press until the front is all covered. You can use a Sponge Dauber to press your cardstock onto your ink pad. This will help you fingers stay clean. The ink completely saturated my cardstock so it was a darker color on both sides. Set aside to dry or dry with your Heat Tool.
~Glue your Three Detailed Thanks Words together.
~Make sure your inked Thanks Bottom Layer is dry before attaching the Layers to it.
~Figure out where you want to attach your Die Cut Thanks to your Card. Glue on.
