INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Measure Your Candy:
~Measure the Length, width, and how thick it is.
~Width: you can add a bit if you don’t want the candy to show.
~Wrapper Length: Add length plus thickness and double this measurement. Add another 1-2″ to close.
~If your Paper Print has an UP direction, add another 1″ to your length.
My Candy Wrapper Measurements:
Fun Size Peanut M&Ms
~Width: 3-1/2″
~Length: 2-1/2″
~Thick: about 1/2″
My Paper Size:
My Paper has an UP.
~Cut two 4″ x 4″ pieces of DSP.
~Score 1/2″ from the bottom of each.
~Put Tear & Tape on the bottom flap of one piece.
~Attach the two pieces together.
If Your Paper Direction doesn’t matter:
~Fun Size M&Ms: Cut: 4″ x 7-1/2″
~If you are using cardstock or thicker paper, run your Bone Folder along the inside so it will curl more easily.
2-Finish Your Candy Wrapper
~If you are going to stamp directly on your Paper, Do it NOW! Now is also a good time to add any die cut or punched images. I added a die cut Bat to each side.
~Put 2-3 Glue Dots on the back of your Candy, and attach it inside your Wrapper.
~Close your Candy Wrapper with a Staple, Glue Dot, Tape, or Glue. You can also punch a hole and tie it closed with Ribbon or Baker’s Twine.
Your Quick & Easy Ghostly Wrapped Candy is ready to give to someone special.
