Pretty Basket from Pretty Paper Video

This Pretty Basket from Pretty Paper starts with a 6″ x 6″ piece of pretty Designer Series Paper. It is quick and easy to make. You can fill it with a variety of things.

SUPPLIES:

Cardstock: Textured Chic 12×12 Designer Series Paper-DSP1 (Sorry. It has sold out. Choose any paper you want.
Hello Irresistible 6×6 Designer Series Paper (DSP2) #161139 Use for writing on
Adhesive: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue #110755
Stampin’ Dimensionals #
Other: I wrote with a Black Sharpie because it was on my desk.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1-Cut Your Paper:
~Basket DSP1: 6″ x 6″
~Handle DSP1 or cardstock: 1″ x 8″
~Word Label DSP2: 1″ x 3″ before trimming.

2-Basket:
~Score your 6×6 paper t 2″ on all four sides.
~Crease the score lines with your Bone Folder.
~Cut Four of the Score Lines as shown in the video: Two each on opposite sides.
~Choose how to fold it.

3-Glue:
Angled Basket as shown in video:
~Put Glue on the cut center side squares as shown in the video.
~Place your outside squares so the corners meet and form a point.
~Press your Center Square with Glue onto your squares that form a point. Hold in place for a bit so the glue will attach the pieces.
~Repeat with the opposite side.

3-Handle:
~Curl with your Bone Folder.
~Put Glue on the end about 1/2″ from the end. Fill in the 1/2″ with Glue.
~Attach to your Basket and hold for a bit so the Glue sticks the pieces together.
~Repeat with the other side.

4-Words:
~I wrote Hello with a Sharpie. You can write a word with any Marker or writing utensil. You can also use Stamps and ink.
~Attach your Word Label with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
