Playful Pals Cat

The Playful Pals Bundle is pretty fun to play with!  You can also use the stamps and Framelits with the Curvy Keepsakes Thinlit and Punch Art.  I used it to make a Carrot for my Easter Basket.  Have fun playing with this one!
Pyramid Pals CatSUPPLIES:
Bundle:  Playful Pals  Photopolymer #141069
Ink:  Basic Black Marker
Card Stock:  Daffodil Delight
Big Shot:  Pyramid Pals Thinlits (See Bundle above)
Other:  Tombow Glue

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.  Cut out two of the Pyramid shape Thinlits from Daffodil Delight card stock.  Fold the score lines the same for both pieces.  Attach them so the plain triangles are across from each other and the triangles with tabs are across from each other.  Do all of your stamping on the triangles BEFORE gluing the parts together.
2.  Look carefully at the pictures on the front of the stamp case to find stamps to use for your eyes, ears, face, and whiskers.  Also look carefully at the Thinlits and put together the stamps and Thinlits you want to use.  Glue the pieces onto the face first.  Add the ears and tail AFTER you put the Pyramid together.
NOTE 1:  I was pretty overwhelmed when I started looking at the actual stamps and just drew on the face.  Now I know there is a stamp for pretty much everything in this stamp set.  I also know that I should put the Pyramid together last.
NOTE 2:  This is the exception to the rule.  In this case Cut First, THEN Stamp.  The Photopolymer stamps make it easy to stamp in the right places on the piece you cut out.
3.  Now put your Pyramid together.  Put Tombow Glue on the sides of one plain triangle and attach the tabs next to it.  Repeat with the other plain triangle.  Hold the sides in place for a bit to let the glue set.
4.  Now you can add your ears and tail.  (also legs, feet, wings).
5.  Now you have a fun little animal to play with!  Make it some friends!

Happy Animal Making!
