Pigment Sprinkles Video

This Pigment Sprinkles Video shows you how to use Pigment Sprinkles on three different kinds of papers: Shimmery White, Thick Whisper White, and the Stampin’ Up! watercolor paper. I have also used it on Stampin’ Up! colored cardstock successfully. So have some fun playing with your OWN Pigment Sprinkles and get a fun NEW look every time!

This Video is 13-1/2 minutes long.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cut your paper to the size you want it if desired.

2. Cover your work surface with two rows of wax paper. Spraying water onto the wet Pigment Sprinkles can spread droplets of color for quite a distance. So protect your surface and surrounding areas.

3. Choose your Pigment Sprinkles color and open it. Set away from your work surface as you want to keep it completely dry.

4. Lay the paper of your choice onto the wax paper. Spritz with water until the whole surface of the paper is wet and there are water puddles along the long edges.
~Quickly sprinkle the Pigment Sprinkles onto your wet paper.
~Play around with it to get a design or color pattern you like. You can use your Aqua Painter to help spread the color if you want. Clean your Aqua Painter by squirting water from it until the brush tip is white again.

5. Set aside to dry.
~Most papers take around 1 hour to dry.
~Shimmery White: You should just plan on letting it dry overnight.

6. Flatten out warped cardstock with your Bone Folder as shown on the video. It did not seem to change the color at all when I used the Bone Folder on the front of the paper. It did help make the paper flatter.

7. Use your fun colored papers!
~Use a Punch: Stamp on your paper as normal, then punch.
~Cut shapes using Dies.
~Glue onto a card base as a card layer or background. I like to set the super large Clear Block F to lay on it so it will dry flat.
