Festive Finishes Letterpress Plate (Holiday Mini) page 21  #124097

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Letterpress Plate & Big Shot.  Ink Letterpress Plate by patting ink pad onto raised surface.  Wipe the lower flat part clean with a baby wipe.  Make sandwich for Big Shot:  Multipurpose Platform with top tab open (otherwise you will damage your Letterpress Plate), Letterpress Plate, card stock placed so you have the design where you want it (I tape mine in place with Painter’s Tape that I have adhered to my jeans a couple of times to remove a lot of the sticky), Clear acrylic cutting pad (use one with the least cut marks on it).  Run through Big Shot and carefully remove the acrylic cutting pad and the card stock.  Resist the urge to touch the design until the ink is dry.  The design will be slightly debossed.
2.  Color in the leaves on your Letterpress image with Certainly Celery marker.  Color the dots with a Real Red or Cherry Cobbler marker-use the end of the brush tip to just make a quick dot.
3.  Stamp Merry Christmas with Garden Green ink onto the Whisper White card stock.
4.  Color stamped image with markers.
Real Red:  Merry Christmas (use brush tip), (use small tip) poinsettia center petal lines, dots on bells.
Certainly Celery or Wild Wasabi:  Holly Leaves
More Mustard:  Bells at the back, front bell lower inside
So Saffron:  Front bells
5.  Big Shot.  Position larger Nestability frame on Garden Green card stock with flat edge facing up in desired position.  Tape the Nestability on.  (I use Painter’s tape that I have taped to my jeans a couple of times so the paper won’t tear when it is removed.)  Sandwich Layers:  Multipurpose Platform with tab 1 (tab 2 will be opened), Cutting pad (with the least cut marks), card stock with Nestability on the bottom (you won’t be able to see your design), Cutting pad with the cut marks.  Run through Big Shot.
6.  Big Shot.  Position smaller Nestablility frame with flat edge facing up in desired position around stamped image.
7.  Adhere Merry Christmas layer onto Garden Green layer.  Add Rhinestone to large poinsettia center.  Put Dimensionals on back of Garden Green layer.  Remove backing and position on card base.

Happy Stamping!
