This Merry Christmas Golden Rectangle Card is another quick card to make using few supplies. The Gold Rectangle along with the Embossed Card Front makes an elegant card that is also quick and easy.

SUPPLIES:

Stamps: Celebration Tidings #153456 (Retiring)
Ink Pad: Real Red
Cardstock: Whisper White (Retiring: replaced with Basic White)
Real Red
Garden Green
Forever Gold Laser-Cut Specialty Paper #152493
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine: Stitched Shapes Dies #152323
Wrapped In Texture Embossing Folders #153574
Adhesives: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
Stampin’ Dimensionals

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut Your Papers:
~Garden Green card base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~Real Red card layer: 4″ x 5=1/4″
~Punch out your Gold Rectangle Piece. Be VERY careful with the solid thin leaves so they don’t break off or twist.

Stamping & Die-Cutting:
~Stamp Merry Christmas on Whisper White cardstock with Real Red ink.
~Choose the Stitched Shapes Oval die that will fit around your Merry Christmas and inside your Gold Rectangle.
~Cut out your Merry Christmas.

Embossing:
~Center your Mini Embossing Folder on your Real Red card front.
~Run through your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with Plates #1, #2, and both #3 plates as this is a regular embossing folder not a 3D.

Finish Your Card:
~Lay out all the pieces on your card base.
Attach:
~Embossed Card Front with Tombow Glue
~Gold Rectangle with Tombow Glue
~Merry Christmas with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Your Merry Christmas Golden Rectangle Card is finished.
