Day of Gratitude Leaf Wreath Thanksgiving Card

I have seen several cards that use leaves to make a wreath.  Here is my Thanksgiving version using the Day of Gratitude stamp set.  It is relatively quick and easy even with hand-cutting all the leaves.  Have fun making one for yourself!

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.  Cut a 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ Chocolate Chip card base.  Score & fold at 4-1/4″.
2.  Cut a piece of 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Soft Suede card stock.  Punch a 2-1/2″ Circle from another piece of Soft Suede card stock.  Run them both through the Big Shot using the Woodgrain embossing folder.  Place your 2-1/2″ Circle of Soft Suede in the embossing folder in the position you want it on your card so the woodgrain will match.
3.  Adhere the 4″ x 5-1/4″ embossed Soft Suede to the Chocolate Chip card base. (Hint:  Put the SNAIL on the card base so you don’t flatten out your embossing.)  Adhere the Soft Suede punched and embossed circle to the Soft Suede layer with Glue Dots in the position desired.
4.  Stamp and cut out the leaves using the Day of Gratitude stamp set.  I used 2 Old Olive, 2 More Mustard, and 3 Cajun Craze.
5.  Lay the center point of the leaf and the stem along the edge of your circle punch.  Position leaves as desired.  Adhere with Glue Dots.
6.  Cut out your Label with More Mustard card stock and Apothecary Accents Framelit.  Run your Label through the Big Shot with the Fancy Fan embossing folder.  Adhere in desired position on card front with Dimensionals.  (Hint:  The embossed side is facing down so you see the debossed side.)
7.  Stamp Happy Thanksgiving in Old Olive on Whisper White card stock.  Punch out with the Word Window punch.  Adhere to label with SNAIL.
8.  Admire your textured Wreath card!
