Layered Happy Birthday

This is a quick Birthday Card and uses the NEW Happy Birthday Thinlit and your choice of patterned paper.  The one I used is retired-sorry.  But it is perfect for my daughter whose birthday is coming up soon.

INSTRUSTIONS:
1.  Choose your patterned paper and two coordinating colors of card stock.
2.  Cut a 3-1/4″ x 3-1/2″ piece of each color card stock.  Place a Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet on the back of each, leaving on the backing.  Run through your Big Shot with the Happy Birthday Thinlit.  (You can just use Tombow or the Fine Tip Glue Pen instead of the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet if you want.)
3.  Cut your card base (I used Flirty Flamingo) at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″.  Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~Cut your layer at 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″ (Watermelon Wonder).  Attach to card base.
~Cut your patterned paper at 4″ x 5-1/4″.  Attach to card base.
4.  Peel the adhesive backing off the darker Happy Birthday and attach to card.  Lay the light Happy Birthday on top to determine how much to the side you want it.  Then remove the backing and gently place it, holding underneath to prevent it from sticking where you don’t want it to.  Wahoo!!!  You are done!!
