INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Color your Stamp with Basic Black and Tangerine Tango Markers. Punch out with Note Tag Punch. Put Dimensionals on the back.
2. Cut a 2″ x 4″ piece of Motley Monsters Designer Series Paper. Punch the top with the Scallop Tag Topper Punch. Add the tag from Step 1 to this tag. Put Linen Thread through the ribbon hole in the tag and tie to the Two-Toned Ribbon loose enough so you can adjust the position.
3. Fill your Cello Bag with Treats. Tie the Two-Toned Ribbon around the top. Adjust the Tag position. Your Treat Bag is now ready to give away!
