Inlaid Die-Cut Overlay Technique Card Video

This is a fun Inlaid Die-Cut Overlay Technique card will WOW your family and friends! It takes a bit of time to do the die cutting, but is pretty easy to do.

SUPPLIES:

Stamps: Colorful Seasons. Photopolymer #141372
Ink: Cajun Craze
Cardstock: Cajun Craze
Pumpkin Pie
Gold Glimmer Paper #146958
Wax or Parchment Paper from your local store in the foil section
Big Shot: Seasonal Layers dies #143751
Adhesive: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Inlaid Die-Cut Overlay Technique Card

TIPS:

Measurements:
~Cajun Craze Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~Gold Glimmer Paper: 4″ x 5-1/4″
~Pumpkin Pie card front: 3-3/4″ x 5″

*1. Lay out your stamp and die on your Pumpkin Pie card front to determine where to stamp and die cut.
~Leave the die(s) laying on the card front while you stamp in Cajun Craze ink.

2. Lay either Wax Paper or Parchment Paper between the die and the cardstock before cutting. This will sugnificantly shorten the time to get the die cut off the die.
~Die cut the three leaves, one at a time, from your card front.
~Die cut three leaves from Cajun Craze cardstock.

3. Put Tombow Glue on the back of your card front getting close to the edges of each leaf cut-out and around the edges. Swirl glue in the center if it makes you happy. Attach to your Gold Glimmer Paper. Press firmly.

4. Put glue on the back of each Cajun Craze Leaf and glue into the cut outs.
