Watch This Video if you need help changing the size of your Punched cardstock.
~Plate: Pacific Point. 1/4″ x 2-1/4″
Real Red Cake Layers:
Full Size punched cardstock measures 1-5/16″ x 2″ (NOT counting corners: 7 Bumps High x 11 Bumps wide)
~Bottom Layer: 4 Bumps x 11 Bumps (7/8″ x 2″)
~Middle Layer: 4 Bumps x 8 Bumps (7/8″ x 1-1/2″)
~Top Layer: 4 Bumps x 5 Bumps (7/8″ x 1″)
~Basic White Punched piece: 4 Bumps x 11 Bumps
~Emboss your Cake Layers with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. Place your Cake Layers on the Embossing Folder where there are lots of texture lines. This will give the illusion of frosting.
3-So Saffron Card Layer:
~Stamp your Basic White Punched piece with Pacific Point ink.
~Lay out your Plate, Cake Layers and stamped piece where you want them. Glue on.
~Die cut two sets of Buttons from Pacific Point cardstock. I always put small die cuts in a bowl or small container. This makes them easy to find.
~Use the Putty end of your Take Your Pick Tool to hold the Button with the flat back side showing out. Put the back of your Button on a Glue Dot. Put on your Cake Layer. Continue putting your Buttons on the Cake Layers.
4-Finish Your Card:
~Glue your Layers together. Attach to your Pacific Point card base.
~Stamp Words or Images onto your Card Insert with Pacific Point ink. Glue to card inside.
~Use the Painted Texture Embossing Folder to emboss your Envelope flap. Watch This Video for more instructions.
Your Happy Birthday Cake Card is finished.
