Guest Stamper Kiev: Congrats Card

My helper Kiev made this card to help me out with my blog posts.  I gave her some card ideas and she used the supplies I had to make some cards.  This one is pretty quick.  The hardest part is gluing on the detailed Thinlit flowers.  Luckily she wrote down all the supplies and measurements she used.

4.  Layer the Carried Away patterned paper on top of the Whisper White card layer, then add the Watermelon Wonder strip.  Tie the Ribbon around the Watermelon Wonder strip.  Put a Glue Dot under it so the bow will stay tied.  Attach your Oval with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Attach this whole layer to the Mint Macaron.  Attach to card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
