Goldfish in the Sea Card

This Goldfish in the Sea Card uses the Inlaid Die Technique. It uses the the Sea Life Dies which are part of the Seascape Bundle. Get in the mood for a relaxing time watching the fish swim! (Yes, I know Goldfish don’t live in the Sea.)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Watch This Video for instructions on the Inlaid Die Cut Technique.

1-Cut Your Papers:
~Bermuda Bay Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and Fold at 4-1/4″.
~Coastal Cabana Card Front: 4″ x 5-1/4″
~Cinnamon Cider Layer: 3-3/4″ x 5″

2-Die Cutting:
~Mango Melody: Fish. Use an Adhesive Sheet if desired. Note: The Fish will not cut all the way out. You will need to take your Paper Snips and cut out two places on the Head, on the sides, and between the Tail Fins. Remove all the extra bits.
~Coastal Cabana Card Front: Decide where you want your Fish and Coral. Cut out your Fish from the Coastal Cabana. Cut away from the Card Front. You can use this Fish for another project.
~Calypso Coral: Cut 1-2 pieces of Coral.

3-Finish Your Card:
~Put Tombow Glue around the back of your Coastal Cabana Fish Cut out.
~Add your Cinnamon Cider Layer with Glue around the outside edges. Attach to the back of your Coastal Cabana Layer.
~Attach your Fish inside the Fish Cut Out. Use either Tombow Glue or peel off the Adhesive Sheet backing.
~Glue your Coral where you want it.
~Tear Cinnamon Cider cardstock for your sand. Trim off the parts that extend over the edges.
~Attach your Coastal Cabana Layer to your Card Base.
Your Goldfish in the Sea Card is finished.
