February Paper Pumpkin Cards

These February Paper Pumpkin Cards from the Lovely Day Kit turned out really cute. I liked the Foam backed Words in the Kit. They really add an extra touch to the cards.

I just used the Kit parts except I added my own SNAIL adhesive and some Stampin’ Write Markers. You will need some Stamp Blocks.

Cake Card

Lovely Day Paper Pumpkin Cake Card

*1. Get these pieces from your Kit:
~Green striped card base
~Greenish card front layer with the Circle and Banners
~Label notched on both ends
~Wishes Foam Word
~Stamp with the word you want
~Stripe/ 3 Cake layers stamp
~Ink pad and
Markers (optional): Blushing Bride, Rococo Rose, and Daffodil Delight

2. Color your Cake (Optional):
~Stamp the Cake Layers with your Rococo Rose ink pad.
~Color the Frosting and Frosting Flowers with your Blushing Bride Marker.
~Now color the Cake Flowers accents and lines and the striped candle with Rococo Rose.

3. Stamp your Word(s) on the Label.

4. Finish Your Card:
~Punch out the center of the circle on your card front.
~Put Adhesive on the back of your card front.
~Center your Cake Layer behind the punched out circle and attach to back of card front.
~Now attach your card front on your card base.
~Last, add your Stamped Label and the Wishes Foam Word.
You Cake Card is finished.

Flower Fun Fold Card

February Paper Pumpkin Flower Card

*1. Get these pieces from your Kit:
~Fun Fold Pink card base
~Die cut Flower
~Connected Labels
~Lovely Foam Word
~Stamps & ink pad

2. Flower:
~Lay your Flower, your Labels, and your Lovely Foam Word on your card front where you want them.
~Put adhesive on the back of your Flower ONLY on the side that will stick to the polka dotted side.

3, Stamp and Finish Your Card:
~Stamp the words you want on the Labels and attach to your card base.
~Attach your Lovely Foam Word.
Your Flower Card is finished.

Flower Card

February Paper Pumpkin Flower Card

*1. Get these pieces from your Kit:
~Purple card base
~White Scallop Card front
~Stamps & Ink Pad
~Celebrate Foam Word
~Rococo Rose and Old Olive Stampin’ Write Markers

2. Stamp your Flower and Leaves and Words:
~Choose the Large Flower stamp and the Scallop card front.
~Color the Flower part with your Rococo Rose Marker and the Leaves with your Old Olive Marker. Remoisten the ink with your breath and stamp over the pink and green on the card front.
~Now choose the small Flower with a stem stamp. Color the Flowers and stems and stamp.
~Next stamp your words at the top of your card front.

3. Finish Your Card:
~Attach your Scallop Card front to your card base.
~Add your Celebrate Foam Word.
Your Flower card is finished.
