This Corner Fold Birthday Card with Pretty Paper is a great way to use your double-sided patterned paper. Just choose a paper in which both sides look good together.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Cut Your Papers:
~Berry Burst Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~DSP Print: 4″ x 5-1/4″
~Basic White Word Strip: 3/4″ x 2-3/4″
~Old Olive Word Strip Mat: 1″ x 3-1/2″
2-Basic Card Front:
~Choose one of the upper corners to fold. I chose the upper right.
~Fold it down how much you want.
~Place your Old Olive cardstock on your Paper Trimmer.
~Lay your DSP Print with the Folded Corner flat on top of your Old Olive cardstock.
~Make your Corner Mat by placing your flat folded Corner on top of a corner of Old Olive cardstock as shown in the photo. Do this on top of your Paper Trimmer.
~Position your flat DSP Corner on top of your Old Olive cardstock Corner with about 1/4″ of Old Olive sticking out.
~Line up your DSP Corner Fold Line with the cutting groove on your Paper Trimmer making sure there is at least 1/4″ of Old Olive cardstock showing around your DSP Corner.
~Hold your Old Olive cardstock in place while you remove your DSP Print. Cut your Old Olive cardstock.
~Glue your Old Oliver Mat under your DSP Corner.
~Add several Stampin’ Dimensionals under your folded DSP Corner and Mat and attach to your DSP Print Card Front.
3-Word Strip:
~Stamp your Words with Berry Burst ink on your Basic White Word Strip.
~Trim both Word Strip and Mat if necessary.
~Punch both ends of your Word Strip and Mat.
~Put Stampin’ Dimensionals on the Back of both.
~Attach your Word Strip to your Mat.
4-Die Cut the Flower in the Corner:
~Daffodil Delight: Flower Center Die
~Blackberry Bliss: Flower Ring Die
~Glue the Blackberry Bliss Flower Ring onto the Daffodil Delight Flower Center.
~Put 1-1/2 Stampin’ Dimensionals on the Back.
5-Finish Your Card:
~Lay your DSP Print, Word Strips, and Die Cut Flower on your Card Base to decide where your want to put your Ribbons.
~Put Tear & Tape on your DSP Print where you want your Ribbon. Attach the Burlap Ribbon first.
~Add a strip of Tear & Tape down the center of your Burlap Ribbon. Attach your Real Red Ribbon.
~Trim the ends of your Ribbons.
~Glue your DSP Print onto your Card Base.
~Attach your Word Strip & Mat.
~Add your Die Cut Flower to the exposed corner of your Card Base.
