This is the prototype for my Mother’s Day Cards. This one will be for my Mom because she likes pastels. I will change the colors for each of my daughters and daughters-in-laws because they like totally different colors. Hopefully I will remember to take a picture before I mail them out.
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cut your Powder Pink card base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″. 2. Cut your Powder Pink card front at 4″ x 5-1/4″. Use one of the Petal Pair embossing folders on one side of your card front and run it through the Big Shot. Repeat with the other side. Glue to your card base. 3. Die cut your flower pieces and leaves.
~Wild Wasabi Leaves: Cut three leaves with the May Flowers Framelits.
~Berry Burst top flower layer: Use both the flower petal die AND the framelit that fits around it to cut out this flower. You can put 1-1/2″ x 2″ piece of Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet on the back of the cardstock BEFORE cutting. This will turn it into a sticker. Otherwise just glue it onto the bottom flower layer.
~Fresh Fig bottom flower layer: Use the same Framelit that went around the flower petal die to cut this layer.
~Attach top flower layer to bottom flower layer.
~Attach leaves to the back of the flower. I used Tombow Glue. Put Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of the flower.
~Now cut the desired Stitched Shapes Circle in Powder Pink. Put Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back.
~Stamp your Happy Mother’s Day on Whisper White cardstock in Berry Burst ink. Punch out with the Classic Label Punch. Put Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back. 4.Put it all together:
~Lay all the pieces on your embossed card front where you want them.
~Put Tombow Glue on the back of the Doily in the center circle. Attach to card front.
~Attach the Stitched Shapes Circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals centering over the Doily.
~Attach the Flower and Leaves with Stampin’ Dimensionals behind the flower and put on the Stitched Shapes Circle.
~Attach your sentiment with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals towards the bottom of the card.
Your Card is finished. 5. Envelope-Optional: Emboss your envelope flap with one of the Petal Pair embossing folders.

This cute Bunny Treat Holder is perfect for Easter or Spring Treat or Small Gift Giving. It is also really quick to make! So get some Thick Whisper White card stock and some circle and oval Framelits or punches and make one for the people you love. SUPPLIES: Marker: Basic Black #1000082 Card Stock: Thick Whisper White
Blushing Bride Big Shot:Stitched Shapes Framelits #145372 Adhesive: Tear & Tape
Tombow Glue Other: Pencil or pen Paper Trimmer with Scoring Blade #126889
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cut and prepare your papers:
~two large circles from Thick Whisper White card stock. I used the largest Circl Stitched Shapes Framelit. Put both circles together on your Paper Trimmer and trim off 1/2″ This will give you a flat bottom.
~Two Thick Whisper White ovals the size you want for your Bunny Ears. I used the second smallest Stitched Shapes Oval Framelit.
~Two Blushing Bride ovals just smaller than your Bunny Ears. I used the smallest Stitched Shapes Oval Framelit.
~Decide how wide you want your Bunny Treat Holder to be. Mine is 1″ wide. Decide how wide you want the tabs to be. Mine is 3/8″. Double this measurement – 3/4″. So I cut a 1-3/4″ x 8-1/2″ piece to go between the large circles. Score along each 8-1/2″ side at 3/8″ so you have two long tabs. Put the Tear & Tape on the tabs now. Leave the Tape backing on. Fold both Scored Tabs with your Bone Folder. This is your Bunny Width Strip. 2. Prepare & Assemble.
~Choose one of your Circles to be the front. Draw a Bunny Face on it. Don’t worry if it is not perfect. It will give you bunny character and make it even cuter!
~If desired you can add a Bunny Tail to the other circle with a small punched circle or a pom pom.
~Glue a Pink Oval to a Whisper White Oval. Repeat with the next set. Bunny Width Strip
~Find the center of your Bunny Width Strip either by measuring and marking the tabs at 4-1/4″ or by making light fold marks on the tabs.
~Hold the flat part of your Bunny Face circle next to the center of your Bunny Width Strip. Try to make the Bunny Face even on both sides of the center mark. Mark both the tabs where the outside of the Bunny Face is. I drew a straight line on the tabs. DO NOT cut between these lines!!
~Now cut out “V” shapes every 3/8″ to 1/2″ along both tabs leaving the part you marked in the center flat. These “V” shapes will help eliminate bulk and make it easier to attach to your Bunny Face and Back. Assembly
~Now pull off the Tape Backing. Have your Tabs folded up with the Adhesive on the outside.
Attach your Bunny Front and Back to the center of each tab with the part you want showing on the facing outward and the plain sides facing the Bunny Width Strip.
~Decide how far up you want the Bunny Width Strip to go on each side of the Bunny Face and Back.
~ Attach one side of the Tab to both sides of either the Bunny Face or Back up as high as you want. Trim off the excess on both sides. Repeat with the the other Bunny Face or Back.
~Glue the Bunny Ears inside the Bunny Back. I put Tombow Glue on about 1/4″ from the bottom of the Bunny Ear and attached it close to the Bunny Width Strip.
~Fill with Treats or a small gift.
BASKET INSTRUCTIONS: Watch this Videofor basic instructions on putting the Basket together.
1. Cut your Blackberry Bliss at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ and Farmer’s Market Designer Series Paper the same or just cut in half for a 6″ x 12″ paper. 2. Cut your papers using your Big Shot and the Berry Basket Die. You can cut two sheets of card stock at once, but only one sheet of Designer Series Paper at a time as the score lines will tear if you do two sheets. 3. Glue the Blackberry Bliss and Farmers Market pieces together for the Berry Basket main parts and the handle. Fold the score lines on the Berry Basket Parts. Decide if you want the patterned paper on the outside or the solid color on the outside. Lay the two Berry Basket parts together and put Tombow Glue or Tear & Tape to attach the bottom Basket Parts together. 4. Put Tear & Tape Adhesive on the outside top edges of each Berry Basket Side. Take the two Scallop Edge pieces. Fold on the score lines. Glue the small tabs to the edge of the other Scallop Edge piece to form a square. Attach each Scallop side to a Basket side centering the Basket side. Repeat on all four sides. 4a. This is the way I should have done it. Glue together a Blackberry Bliss and Farmers Market Straight Piece for the Handle. Punch a 1/8″ Circle in the center of two opposite sides and each end of the Handle. Attach to the Basket with the Antique Brads. 5. If desired, use the Patterned Scallop Pieces around the inside top of the Basket to cover the Brads. 6. Stamp the Easter Blessings in Blackberry Bliss ink on Whisper White card stock. Cut out with the Deco Label Framelit leaving some space above your Easter Blessings. Attach a Honeycomb Embellishment to the top of your Easter greeting with Glue Dots. Attach the Deco Label with to the front of your basket with either Fast Fuse, Tear & Tape, or Tombow Glue making sure the adhesive is only on the part attaching to the basket. 7. Fill with Easter Grass and goodies.
CARROT INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cut out two Pyramid shapes from Tangelo Twist card stock. Fold all score lines the same way for each piece. Rotate the pieces over the bottom square so the plain triangles are opposite each other and the triangles with tabs are across from each other. I found it easier to use Tombow Glue to glue the tabs behind the plain triangles. Press firmly on the sides to make sure they stick together. 2. Cut a 2″ square of Cucumber Crush card stock. Add some Tear & Tape Adhesive along one edge. This will be the bottom. Use your Fringe Scissors to cut down to the Tear & Tape, but not past it. Cut into 1/2″ pieces. Attach to the center of your Carrot Top. 3. Add to your Easter Basket.
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cut your Soft Sky card base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″. Put your card front in the Polka Dot embossing folder with the card back on the outside behind the embossing folder. Make sure the dots for the card front are sinking down so they will be raised when you are finished. 2. Cut a 1″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Cucumber Crush card stock. Put Tear & Tape along one 5-1/2″ edge. Use your Fringe Scissors to cut “grass” down to the Tear & Tape. Attach to the lower edge of your card front. 3. Cut out your Bunny Head and Ears from Whisper White card stock and Oval Framelits. I used the smallest Oval for the ears. Choose the size you want for the Head. 4. Assemble your Bunny.
~Punch two Pink Pirouette Large Ovals for the inside of the ears. Glue to the Whisper White ears. Let dry for while your find your Decorative Dots embossing folder. Lay both ears in the Embossing Folder and run through your Big Shot.
~Punch two Basic Black 3/4″ Circles for the Bunny Eyes.
~Punch the Itty Bitty Accents Heart from Pink Pirouette card stock for the nose.
~Lay the Bunny Head on the bottom right corner of your card front at a slight angle. It should extend off the card front a little on both the side and the bottom.
~Lay the eyes and the nose on the Bunny Head. Position the ears where you want them, making sure the one will not extend over the card base.
~Attach the parts: Ears with Glue Dots or Tombow Glue. Eyes with Tombow Glue. Draw the white eye parts with your White Gel Pen or Chalk Marker.
~Remove the nose and draw the whiskers and the mouth with your Basic Black Marker.
~Attach the Heart Nose with a Stampin’ Dimensional cut in half. You might have to cut off a little bit. 5. Attach your Bunny to your card front with lots of Dimensionals. Make sure the one ear is touching the top of the card. Place your Bunny at an angle. 6. Stamp Happy Easter with Black ink onto Whisper White card stock. Cut out with the Word Window Punch. Use the Washi Label Punch to punch a Label from Cucumber Crush card stock. Attach the two together with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Attach to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cut your Daffodil Delight card base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″. 2. Cut your card front at 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″. Run through your Big Shot using the Stylish Stripes embossing folder. Glue to card base. 3. Cut your So Saffron card layer at 3-1/4″ x 3-3/4″. Stamp your Easter Lilly on the So Saffron card layer in Black StazOn ink. Color the stems with the Garden Green Marker. 4. Stamp your Easter Lily on Very Vanilla card stock. Cut out around the flower. Glue onto the So Saffron layer over the flower. Color in the flower center with your Daffodil Delight Marker. 5. Cut a Very Vanilla layer at 3-1/2″ x 4″. Attach your So Saffron layer to the Very Vanilla layer. I used Tombow Glue. Attach your Very Vanilla layer to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. 6. Stamp Happy Easter in Black StazOn on Very Vanilla card stock. Punch out with the Word Window Punch. Attach to your card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. 7. You can also emboss your envelope flap for added interest if you want. Watch This Video to see how quick and easy it is.
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Fold your Printer Paper in half and insert into the 1″ x 8″ Cello Bag. This will make your M&Ms go in quickly and easily if you insert them inside the folded paper. Try to keep them all going the same direction and close the top carefully over the top M&M. Tight, but not super tight. 2. Get your Baker’s Twine ready. I probably used 6-8″. I cut it after I had tied the Bow. Count 5 M&Ms from each end and place these ends next to each other. These will be the Bunny Ears. Tie your Baker’s Twine between the 5th and 6th M&Ms on each end. Tie tightly so the Bunny Ears separate some. I tied a knot, then a bow. 3. Punch your 1-3/8″ Baked Brown Sugar Circle. Draw on the Face with Markers: Eyes with Basic Black, Nose with Blushing Bride, Mouth and whiskers with Basic Black fine tip. 4. Round out the M&Ms under the ears. Attach your Bunny Face with Glue Dots. 5. Make this quick Bunny Treat for your family and friends.
This Tiny Treat Box decorated with a Punch Art Bunny is ready for Easter or a Spring Treat or small gift. It is pretty quick to make. Just two punches and two Markers to make it. Yes, I did draw on the face. You can use the Owl Punch for eyes if you want or use googly eyes. It doesn’t have to be perfect. You can even let the children draw the face themselves. It will be cute whoever draws it!
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Punch one 1-3/4″ Circle and two Large Ovals from Whisper White card stock. 2. Color the pink parts of the Large Oval ears with your Blushing Bride Marker. 3. Draw the eyes with your Basic Black Marker. Draw your triangle nose with your Blushing Bride Marker. Now draw you mouth and whiskers with the fine tip of your Basic Black Marker. 4. Put Glue Dots on the bottom front of each ear and attach to the back of your Bunny Head. If desired, tie a small bow with Silver Ribbon (or another color) and attach to your Bunny as a Bow Tie. 5. Stamp the Sentiments on the top flap of your Tiny Treat Box. 6. Measure 6″ of Organza Ribbon cutting the ends at an angle if desired. Attach to your Tiny Treat Box sides and back with Fast Fuse. I did fold my box to make sure which side was the front. It is easier to put the Ribbon on the box when it is flat. 7. Since the Bunny Head will make it hard to open your box, fold a 3″ piece of Organza Ribbon in half and staple to the lid flap of your box. 8. Assemble your box: The flap with the “U”, the sides, then tuck in the long flap. Flatten from the inside if necessary. You can put your treats or small gift in now. 9. Now use Fast Fuse or Glue Dots to attach your Bunny to the front of your Tiny Treat Box.
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cut your Crisp Cantaloupe card base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″. 2. Choose the pattern of the Designer Series Paper you want and cut it at 4″ x 5-1/4″. Attach to card base with Fast Fuse OR SNAIL Adhesive. 3. Stamp your flower image on Whisper White card stock with black ink. NOTE: Use Memento Black ink with Photopolymer stamps. StayzOn will permanently make them black. Color the flowers with Markers. Due to the shading in the stamps only simple coloring is needed to make the flower look great! 4. Choose the desired Oval Framelit to cut out your flower. Yes, I cut off part of the stem. Choose the next larger Oval Framelit and use it to cut your Crisp Cantaloupe mat. Put Dimensionals on the back of both Ovals and layer them together. 5. Stamp Happy Easter in Black ink on Whisper White card stock. Punch out with the Word Window Punch. Punch the mat from Crisp Cantaloupe card stock using the Modern Label Punch. Attach your sentiment with Fast Fuse or SNAIL Adhesive. Put Dimensionals on the back. I usually use three half Dimensionals on the back of the Modern Label piece. 6. Lay out your Ovals and sentiment in the desired positions and then attach them. 7. Happy Easter!
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cut your Daffodil Delight card base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″. 2. Cut your Whisper White card stock at 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″. Use the Finishing Touch Edgelits on the long side of the card stock leaving about 1/4″ from the edge. When cutting the second edge just move the Edgelit to the other side of the card stock. We did need to use Post it Notes to hold it in place even with the Magnetic Platform. 3. Stamp your Border Flowers with Memento Black ink along both the Finishing Touches Borders you just cut. Color the flowers, leaves and stems with Markers. 4. Stamp your Flower with Daffodil Delight. We needed the Stampin’ Pierce Mat to get a good image with the Photopolymer stamp. Punch out with the Scallop Punch. Cut between every other petal down about halfway. Now curl with your Bone Folder. Then place in the palm of your hand and round your palm to help the petals for a nice shape. I know this last part sounds weird, but it does help the flower look better. Use Glue Dots to attach to the center of your card front. 5. Use 2-3 Glue Dots on the back of the Something Borrowed embellishment and attach it to the center of your flower. 6. You now have a bright, happy card you can use for any occasion.
Since everyone seems to like THIS Bunny Card, I thought I would make another one and show you how in a video. This one uses both Framelits and Punches. I hope you enjoy making a Bunny of YOUR Own! Each Bunny will look slightly different as the punching cannot be exactly the same each time.
The Easter Blessings stamp is paired with the Secret Garden Bundle and the Sunshine and Sprinkles Designer Series Paper to make a bright Easter Card. We made this card at my March Stamp Class. Several people used different sentiments. All the cards were beautiful, but I did forget to take pictures. The Sunshine & Sprinkles Designer Series Paper is becoming one of my favorites! It works well with many different stamp sets and for many occasions-serious, fun, and whimsical.
1. Cut your Melon Mambo card base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
2. Cut your Sunshine & Sprinkles Designer Series Paper at 4″ x 5-1/4″. Adhere to card front.
3. Stamp your Easter Blessings sentiment in Pacific Point ink on Whisper White card stock. Cut out using the desired size Oval Framelit and your Big Shot.
4. Stamp the desired Secret Garden flowers and cut them out with the coordinating Secret Garden Framelits and your Big Shot. I used Daffodil Delight Delight card stock with Summer Starfruit ink, Marina Mist card stock with Pacific Point ink, and Pretty in Pink card stock with Melon Mambo ink. (If I remember correctly.)
5. Lay out your Oval and flowers in the desired positions. Adhere your Easter Blessings Oval with SNAIL. Adhere your Secret Garden flowers with Dimensionals around your Easter Blessings Oval.
6. Add a Jumbo Pearl to the center of your largest flower and a Basic Pearl to the centers of your other flowers.
7. Admire your Easter Card and mail it today!
