Card for Alex’s 14th Birthday

This Card for Alex’s 14th Birthday was made for my grandson. It uses Silver Embossing Powder and Parakeet Green cardstock which is his new favorite Green.

Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue #110755

INSTRUCTIONS:

1-Cut Your Papers:
~Starry Sky Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~Parakeet Party Strip: 1-3/8″ x 5-1/2″

2-Dry Embossing:
~Get your Embossing Folder and ink up one side.
~Insert your Parakeet Party Strip inside your Embossing Folder and run through your Machine.

3-Heat Embossing:
~Rub your Card Base with your Embossing Buddy or Anti-Static Pouch. This will help prevent little fleck of Embossing Powder sticking to your card base. I forgot to use mine.
~Lay your Embossed Parakeet Party Strip where you want it on your Card Base.
~Figure out where you want to stamp and stamp with VersaMark ink.
~Cover your stamping with Silver Embossing Powder. Dump the excess back in the jar.
~Use your Heat Tool on the High setting to melt your Embossing Powder.

4-Finish Your Card:
~Glue your Parakeet Party Strip to your Card Base/
