Adhesive Sheets Video

Learn to use the NEW Adhesive Sheets. They are easy to use and great for detailed dies and other things. I call this the cut once and use on two cards technique.

This video is just over 12-1/2 minutes.

BASIC VIDEO SUPPLIES:

Adhesive Sheets #152334
Petal Pink cardstock for die cutting
Cardstock for two card bases
Post-It Notes
Silicone Craft Sheet
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine: Playful Alphabet Dies #152706

TIPS:

Gorgeous Grape and Coastal Cabana Card Bases: cut at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.

Cut your Adhesive Sheet the same size as your cardstock and apply to the back as shown in the video. Remember that the small sections that peel off are the sticky part. My cardstock was cut at 1-1/2″ x 5-1/2″.

Use a Ruler to help line up your letter dies on your cardstock. Hold your dies in place with Post-It Notes (Optional). Cut out with your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.

Remove the letters from the cardstock strip. Remove the Adhesive backing from the letters, but not the center pieces such as the A, B, D, O, P, Q, and R. Leave these center pieces in the Die. Put your Letters sticky side up on your Silicone Craft Sheet until you are ready to use them.

LOOSE LETTERS:
~Place your Cardstock Strip on your card base.
~Place the Letters with the backing removed inside the Letter holes so they stick to your card base.
~When all your Letters have been placed you can remove your Cardstock Strip. Your Letters are now on your card base.
~Decorate the card how you want.

CARDSTOCK STRIP:
~Remove the adhesive backing from your Cardstock Strip and put it on your Card Base.
~Take your Dies with center pieces (A, B, D, O, P, Q, and R) and remove the Adhesive Sheet backing while keeping the Center in the die. You can put it back in place in the die if it comes out.
~Place the Die inside the Letter it cut out. Poke the center so it sticks to the cardstock.
~Remove the Die and tweak the Center if needed. Make sure and press it down firmly so it will stay in place.

CARD 1: LOOSE LETTERS

Adhesive Sheets: Sunflower Card

ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES:

Gorgeous Grape card base with Loose letters attached.
Petal Pink cardstock
Cut & Emboss Machine: Sunflower Dies #152704

CARD 1 INSTRUCTIONS:

~Cut three each of 3-1/4″ x 3-1/4″ squares of Petal Pink cardstock AND Adhesive Sheets.
~Put the Adhesive Sheets on the back of the cardstock squares.

Cut a Large Sunflower Outline from each of the cardstock squares.

Peel off the thin Sunflower Petal Lines from your Adhesive Sheets. This will separate all those parts you don’t need.

Place your card base on your Silicone Craft Sheet.

Place the first Sunflower in the center under the Name. Just leave it hanging off the edge for now.

Place your second Sunflower to the right of the Name as close to the letter as you can. Leave it hanging off the edge.

Repeat with the last Sunflower on the left side of the Name.

Cut the Sunflower parts that are hanging off one at a time and place around the edges of your card base to fill in the empty space as much as possible. I first did the top along the fold, then the lower corners. There will be very little Sunflower left.

Rub over the Sunflowers and the Letters with your Bone Folder to help the Adhesive connect well with your card base.
Card 1 is Finished.

CARD 2: CARDSTOCK STRIP CARD

Card 2 is finished.

Enjoy the many ways you can use Adhesive Sheets.
