This Two Die Cut Card Bases Video shows you how to Die Cut a Card Base using Dies. Just for fun, there are two ways to do this shown in the video.

SUPPLIES:
Stamps: Everyday Arches Stamps (Save 10% on the Die Bundle)
Ink Pads: Secret Sea ink pad
Old Olive ink pad
Cardstock: Night of Navy cardstock
Basic White cardstock
Daffodil Delight cardstock
Old Olive cardstock
Mediterranean Blooms 12×12 Designer Series Paper (DSP)
Floral Delight 12×12 Designer Series Paper (DSP)
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine: Meant to Bee Dies (Save 10% on the Bundle)
Adhesives: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
CARD 1 INSTRUCTIONS:

1-Die Cut Your Card Base:
~Choose your two cardstock colors. I used Night of Navy and Basic White.
~Use the Largest Hexagon Die.
~Cut out the Die from both your Cardstock colors.
~Use the Middle Hexagon Die to cut out your DSP Print and Basic White.
~Your Die Cutting is done.
2-Decorate Your Card Front:
~Glue your DSP Print Hexagon onto your Night of Navy Large Hexagon.
~Add your Basic White Frame starting at a Point and working your way around. Make sure this Frame lines up with the edges of your DSP Hexagon.
~Stamp your Word with Secret Sea ink on Basic White cardstock. Cut out and glue on.
3-Finish Your Card:
~Put your Large White Hexagon on your Paper Trimmer. A Flat side will be against the top part.
~Lay your Point so you can score it at 1/2″. Score and fold.
~Put Glue on your scored Triangle. Hold it on the left side.
~Line up your Card Front with your White Card Back and press where the glue is.
Your Card is finished.
CARD 2 INSTRUCTIONS:

1-Die Cutting:
~Cut your Daffodil Delight Card Base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~Place your Largest Hexagon Die so it hangs over the fold in your Card Base. There should be just a tinge of space between the inside of the Die and the Fold.
~Die Cut.
~Use the Middle Die to cut from your DSP Print and Old Olive cardstock just as you did before.
2-Card Front:
~Position your Card Base Fold line so it is on the upper left side.
~Glue your DSP Print Hexagon onto your Card Base..
~Add your Old Olive Frame starting at a Point and working your way around. Make sure this Frame lines up with the edges of your DSP Hexagon.
~Stamp your Word with Old Olive ink on Basic White cardstock. Cut out and glue on.
MAILING NOTE: Cut a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of cardstock. Put this on top of your card to protect it from bending in the mail.
Your Two Die Cut Card Bases Cards are finished.
