This Tootsie Pop Holder is pretty quick to make which is good since Halloween is almost here. You can easily adjust the measurements for other Lollipops.

Stamps: Little Delights #156527
Ink Pad: Memento Tuxedo Black
Cardstock: Pumpkin Pie
Cute Halloween 6×6 Designer Series Paper #156479
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine: Layering Circles Dies #151770
Adhesive: Glue Dots
INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Cut & Score:
These measurements are for a 1″ round lollipop. Adjust for a different size of lollipop.
~DSP: Cut at 2″ x 6″
~Score at 2-1/2″, 3″, 3-1/2″. Fold Score Lines.
2-Stamp your Words on Pumpkin Pie cardstock with Memento Black ink.
3-Die Cut:
~Choose the Circle Die (or Punch) that best fits your Tootsie Pop. Check and see if your Words fit inside the same die. If not choose a die for your words.
~DSP: Fold your DSP in half. Place your Circle Die about 1/4″ from the score line and die cut through both layers of DSP.
4-Finish:
~Refold your Score Lines. Fold the Center Score line so it pokes up.
~Put two Glue Dots on the bottom of your Tootsie Pop.
~Place Three Glue Dots along one of the top edges: one on each corner and one in the center.
~Get your Tootsie Pop and put it in your Holder so the Glue Dots are on the paper.
~Put your Stick on the center glue dot and close your Holder matching the top edges.
~Add your Tag to the front of your Holder.
Your Tootsie Pop Holder is ready to give out!
