Starry Sky is a bright blue. It is right in between Orchid Oasis and Night of Navy.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Card Base:
~Cut your Thick Basic White Card Base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. SCORE and fold at 4-1/4″.
2-Banners:
Use the second largest Banner Die. OR you can use the Banners Pick a Punch with 3/4″ x 3″ strips.
~Cut one Banner in each NEW In Color: Parakeet Party, Sweet Sorbet, Tahitian Tide, Orchid Oasis, and Starry Sky.
3-Finish Your Card:
~Lay out your Banners where you want them. Glue onto your Card Base.
~Stamp the solid Flower image under the Parakeet Party Banner. Repeat with the Sweet Sorbet and Tahitian Tide.
~Stamp Orchid Oasis and Starry Night images between the Orchid Oasis and Starry Sky Banners as shown.
