Stenciled Mountains & Trees March Paper Pumpkin Card

This Stenciled Mountains & Trees March Paper Pumpkin Card uses one of the Stencils included in the Kit. I

SUPPLIES:

Here’s to You March 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit
I used my full size Calypso Coral ink pad. It is easier to ink up my sponge.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1- Choose Your Supplies:

~Card Base as shown
~Ink Pad: Use your Paper Snips tip to cut along the paper on the front paper of the Stampin’ Spot ink pad. This leaves the lid connected to the ink pad.
~Stencil
~Sponge: Cut into 6 wedges. You will only need to use 1 wedge for this card. Clean it out under running water. Let dry. Use clean and dry sponge wedges again. You can even use a different ink color.
~Tree die cut: Carefully punch out. Put Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back. For the really thin areas cut a small strip from the edge of the Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
~Choose your Word Stamps and Label to stamp it on.
~Post it Notes: I used two 3″ x 3″

2-Stenciling:

~Put your Post-It Notes over your printed picture on your card front. You can have just a tinge of the picture showing around the edges – up to 1/16″. Cover the top and sides – you don’t need to worry about the bottom.

~Put your Stencil over the Post-It Notes. Center the Rays. Have the ray tips just slightly overlapping the top of the Post-It Notes. Put a Post-It Noted over the sun and rays area on the Stencil. Press down to help hold it in place.

~Ink up your Sponge Wedge with Calypso Coral ink.
~Rub your Sponge from the outside edge to the center towards the Post-It Notes. If you go from the center out your stencil bends. Sponge the Rays on the top and sides as dark as you want them.
~Remove the Stencil and Post It Notes. Clean your Sponge and Stencil with running water. Let dry.

3-Finish Your Card:

~Attach your Trees with the Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals lining the edges up with the bottom and both sides of the printed image.
~Stamp your Words on your chosen Label. Put Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back. Attach to your card front.
