This Sparkly Pretty Pumpkin Friend Card is great for Fall. I used the Be Dazzling Sale-a-bration Specialty Paper that is painted with Pumpkin Pie Ink Refill as shown in This Video.
SUPPLIES:
Bundle: Pretty Pumpkin stamps + Detailed Pumpkin Dies #156478
Ink Pad: Cajun Craze
Cardstock: Pumpkin Pie
Be Dazzling Specialty Sale-a-bration Paper #156629
(Optional) Window Sheet #142314 (I had planned on making this a Shaker Card using The Gilded Leafing But they didn’t shake.
Adhesives: Foam Adhesive Strips #141825
Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue if using a Window Sheet
INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Paint your Be Dazzling Paper if desired:
Watch This Video to learn how to paint your Be Dazzling Paper.
You will need:
Rubbing Alcohol
Pumpkin Pie Ink Refill
Stamp Block to put ink refill on
Glass to pour Alcohol in
Paint Brush
Follow the instructions in This Video. You Painted Paper should dry in less than Five Minutes!
2-Cut Your Papers:
~Pumpkin Pie Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~Pumpkin Pie Stamping Square: 3″ x 3″
~Optional Window Sheet: 3″ x 3″
~Painted Be Dazzling Paper: 3-5/8″ x 4″
3-Sparkly Layers:
~Use the Pumpkin Die that goes around the Pumpkin with Leaves on it. Cut it out putting the Die on the back of the Be Dazzling Paper.
~Stamp your Pumpkin on the 3″ x 3″ Pumpkin Pie Stamping Square with Cajun Craze ink.
~If desired, glue your Window Sheet behind the Pumpkin cut out.
~Put Foam Adhesive Strips around the outside edges of the back of your Be Dazzling Paper.
~Also put your Foam Adhesive Strips around your Pumpkin cut out. Remove ONLY the adhesive backing from around your Pumpkin cut out.
~Hold your stamped Pumpkin so it shows where you want it behind your Pumpkin cut out. Attach to the Adhesive Strips.
4-Finish Your Card:
~Lay your Sparkly Layers where you want them to determine where to stamp your Words.
~Stamp your Words with Cajun Craze ink onto your Card Base.
~Now attach your Sparkly Layers to your Card Base.
Your Sparkly Pretty Pumpkin Friend Card is finished.
