This Sparkly Blue & Gold Birthday Card is for my DIL Birthday. I LOVE the Mesh Ribbon on the Card Front to add a little extra Sparkle to the card front!
SUPPLIES:
Stamps: Unbounded Love Stamps (Also part of a Die Bundle-Save 10%)
Ink Pad: Blueberry Bushel ink pad
Cardstock: Blueberry Bushel cardstock
Balmy Blue cardstock
Darling Duckling cardstock
Floral Impressions 12×12 Designer Series Paper (DSP)
Brushed Silver and Gold Foil 12×12 Specialty Paper
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine: Impressions Abloom Dies (also part of a Bundle-Save 10%)
Ribbon: Gold 1-1/2″ Open Weave Trim
Ephemera: Foiled Frames & Labels
Adhesives: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
Tear & Tape

INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Cut Your Papers:
~Blueberry Bushel Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~Gold Layer: 4″ x 5-1/2″
~Balmy Blue Layer: 3-3/8″ x 4-7/8″
~DSP Print: 3-1/4″ x 4-3/4″
~Balmy Blue Card Insert: 4″ x 5-1/4″

2-Sparkly Layers:
~Glue your DSP Print onto your Balmy Blue Layer.
~Balmy Blue Back: Put a Strip of Tear & Tape 1/4″ to 1/2″ away from each long side.
~Attach your Ribbon to the Tear & Tape all down the Front. Cut just beyond the Tear & Tape.
~After your Ribbon covers your Card Front: put a strip of Tear & Tape over the Ribbon on the back. The Ribbon won’t stick very well with just the one layer of Tear & Tape.
~Glue these Layers to your Gold Layer.
3-Finish Your Card:
~Stamp your Words with Blueberry Bushel ink onto one of the Foiled Labels.
~Blueberry Bushel Large Flower: Use both the Outline and and Inner Die.
~Darling Duckling Flower Center: Use the Large Flower Center Outline and Inner Dies.
~Glue your Flower Center to your Flower.
~Cut a set of Three Small Flowers from Balmy Blue cardstock.
~Lay your Three Balmy Blue Flowers on your Label where you want them. Glue on.
~Put Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of your Flower and Label.
~Decide where you want your Flower and Label. Attach.
~Glue al your Layers to your Blueberry Bushel Card Base.
~Attach your Balmy Blue Card Insert inside your Card.
Your Sparkly Blue & Gold Birthday Card is finished.
