This Relax on the Beach Card was made by my grandson Alex. I just love sitting under an umbrella at the beach or walking at the edge of the water. What is your favorite part of being at the beach?
SUPPLIES:
July 2023 Fun in the Sun Paper Pumpkin Kit
Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue #110755
INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Choose Your Kit Pieces:
~Card Base
~Umbrella
~Large Panel with two bird silhouettes
~Sign
~Chair
~Sunglasses
2-Fold Your Card Base:
~Here is a picture of how to fold your Card Base. This is a different Card Base than the one you are using.
3-Add Your Tall Panel:
~Your Tall Panel goes on the Taller Back part of your Fold. You can either use Tear & Tape OR Tombow Glue to attach it.
~Attach your Tall Panel to the Taller Back part.
~Do NOT put Tear & Tape on the shorter part for this card!!
4-Chair:
~The Chair goes on the center fold where you did NOT put the Tear & Tape.
~Glue the Chair on by putting Glue on the chair legs and the little piece below the seat. Only use a super thin line of Glue or tiny dots of Glue to prevent Glue from squishing out from under your Chair parts.
5-Umbrella:
~Lay your Umbrella piece on your Card Base Front where you want it. Pay attention to the parts that hang over the edge. These are the parts you don’t want to put glue on.
~Put Glue or Tear & Tape along the short Bottom strip on your Card Base.
~Attach your Umbrella Piece.
6-Finish Your Card:
~Stamp your Words on your Sign. He used the Lemon Lolly Stampin’ Spot. I would have chosen a darker color. It is hard for me to read such a light yellow.
~Put Glue on the Sand and sign post and attach it to your Card Base where you want it.
~Glue on your Sunglasses where you want them.
Your Relax on the Beach Card is finished.
