Do you often wonder what punch will work best for a certain stamp? Or do you get tired of wasting card stock by punching and then finding out it won’t suit your purposes? By having these Punch Sheets, you can hold the open punch area over the stamp to see if it will fit. These Punch Sheets have saved a lot of frustration and wasted paper!
I made these a couple of years ago. I use a 5-1/2″ x 8’1/2″ sheet of card stock. Choose any color you are in the mood for today. I chose Cherry Cobbler. I need to add a few punches to my Punch Sheets. I keep these with my Basic Supplies by my stamping table so I can use them to help decide which punch to use. This also reminds me of the variety of punches that live at my house so I don’t neglect any of them. I am also thinking of doing this with some of my Bigz and Originals dies so I can make better use of them in my projects.
1. Decide on your categories. My categories are: Borders, Circles (plain & scallop), Corners, Flowers (2 sheets), Ovals, Shapes (including Builder punches-3 sheets), Squares, Tags & Labels.
2. Gather all your punches from 1 category. Don’t worry if you don’t have enough to fill the page, you can add more punches later or you can combine categories! Punch around the edges of your Card Stock Punch Sheet. I label each Punch Sheet with the category. I label each Punch with the Name ad dimensions. See the photos for some examples of my Punch Sheets.
I hope your Punch Sheets help you as much as mine have helped me! Make your own set today!
