Ornate Thank You in the Moonlight Card

Alex made this Ornate Thank You in the Moonlight Card. He was pretty creative using both a Chalk Marker and a Blending Brush to add Stars and the Moon’s reflection on the water.

Ornate Thank You in the Moonlight Card

SUPPLIES:

Stamps: Ornate Thanks #158301
Ink Pads: Whisper White Craft ink #147277
Marker: White Stampin’ Chalk Marker #132133
Cardstock: Basic White
Misty Moonlight
Night of Navy
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine: Layering Circles Dies #151770
Tool: Blending Brushes #153611
Adhesive: Stampin’ Seal

INSTRUCTIONS:

1-Cut Your Papers:
~Night of Navy Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~Misty Moonlight Sky: 1-1/2″ x 5-1/2″
~Basic White Card Insert: 4″ x 5-1/4″

2-Put your Card together:
~Attach your Misty Moonlight Sky at the top of your card next to the fold.
~Die Cut a 1-1/2″ Basic White Circle. Attach it to the top of your card with part hanging over the edge. Trim off the part hanging over the edge.
~Add your Basic White Card Insert to the inside of your card.

3-Finish Your Card:
~Use your Chalk Marker tip to add Stars to your Misty Moonlight Sky.
~Ink up your Blending Brush with Whisper White Craft Ink. Use a circular motion to make the Moonlight Reflection on the Night of Navy water Card Base.
~Stamp your Thank You with Whisper White ink. Set aside to dry as this ink dries slowly.
~Your Ornate Thank You in the Moonlight Card is finished.
