Alex made this Open If You Dare Card. He hid a Spooktacular Person behind the door. Quite an original concept.
SUPPLIES:
Bundle #153042: Tags Tags Tags stamp set + Tag Trio dies
Stamps: Spooktacular Bash #150544
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Real Red Marker
Cardstock: Pumpkin Pie
Whisper White
Big Shot: Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder #149643
Adhesives: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
Tools: Paper Snips #103579
INSTRUCTIONS:
*1. Cut your Pumpkin Pie Cardstock:
~Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~For Embossed Card Front: 4″ x 5-1/4″.
2. Color your Embossing Folder with your Black Ink Pad by dragging it over the embossing folder side that is raised. Watch This Video for detailed instructions.
~Put your Card Front inside the Embossing Folder and run through your Big Shot.
~Glue to your Card Base.
3. Choose one of the Tags and stamp with Black ink. (You can stamp all three and save the other two for later.) Cut out with the coordinating die.
4. Cut your Whisper White Door at 1-1/2″ x 2-1/2″. Score and fold at 3/4″. Color the Front with your Real Red Marker.
~You can either hand write “Open If You Dare” with a Basic Black Marker and hand cut out a triangle at the top of the door OR
~You can use the stamp and stamp in Black ink on the door. You can leave it as is OR use a small circle punch to punch out the skull at the top.
5. Stamp your Dracula with Black ink on Whisper White cardstock. Hand cut out. Glue inside the Door so you can see him when you open the door.
6. Lay out your Tag and Door where you want them. Glue onto card front.
Your Open If You Dare Card is finished.
