My Paper Pumpkin is a Monthly Craft Surprise in your mailbox! It has everything needed to make the project(s) included except adhesive for only $19.95 plus tax. You must sign up by the 10th of the month (TODAY) to start getting your own Monthly Craft Surprise Kit in your mailbox!
These are the cards I made with the Welcome Kit. When you join My Paper Pumpkin you will get the Welcome Kit the first month, then you will get the Kit of the Month the next month. You cannot catch up on missed Kits. If you decide to upgrade or embellish your Kit, you can use your own supplies from your stash. If you make all four cards in the Welcome Kit the same it will take you about 30 minutes. It took me about an hour and a half to make these four cards. Part of the time was spent thinking of how to use all the supplies in the Kit but make the cards look different.
These things are included in the Welcome Kit: 4 envelopes, 4 gray/white card bases (already scored), 4 light-colored card fronts, 1 sheet of self-adhesive die cuts, 4 buttons, 2 Clear Mount stamps, 1 Clear Mount Block D, 1 Basic Gray Stampin’ Spot ink pad (you can reink Stampin’ Spots with ink refills so you can use them for a long time.), Instructions in 4 languages with a Photo on the front.
Card 1. Here is the card I made following the directions included in the Kit.
Card 2. I used the Honeycomb Embossing Folder. (Note: you will have to trim either the top or bottom of the card because the embossing will distort it and make it look crooked.) Cut the light card front paper at 2-3/8″ x 4″. Stamp “Hey there” on part of the light colored print that is leftover. Punch out with a Large Oval Punch. Punch an Extra-Large Oval out of Lucky Limeade. Adhere to card front with Dimensionals. I also used Lucky Limeade Baker’s Twine to tie the bow in the button. I adhered the Button with Glue Dots.
Card 3. I embossed the light card front with the Chevron embossing folder. I also stamped the “Hey There” on part of the left over card front from Card 2 and punched it out with an Extra -Large Oval Punch. I sponged the Oval with Lucky Limeade ink and then adhered it to the card front with Dimensionals. I also used Lucky Limeade Baker’s Twine in the Button.
Card 4. I used the Window Frames Framelit to cut the card front this time. Then stamped the “Hey There” directly on the Window Frame. I also used the Lucky Limeade Baker’s Twine to tie a bow on the Button again..
