My grandson turned 2 on Monday and so, of course, I made him a card. This time I used the Moving Forward stamp set. Three Dollars is donated to the Ronald McDonald House Charities for each Moving Forward stamp set purchased. I know we appreciated staying at the Ronald McDonald House when my son had surgery. Here are more details about Stampin’ Up’s partnership with the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut your Pacific Point card base at 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″. Cut your Whisper White and Designer Series Paper at 4″ x 5-1/4″. Make sure the clouds are going the correct way. I had to cut another piece. Adhere the Cloud Designer Series Paper to one side of your card base using the Tombow Glue. (Note: I always do a “Post Card” for younger children and seal it in a Translucent Envelope so they can hold it without damaging it. I also use Tombow Glue to adhere all the parts when making cards for children.)
2. Stamp the “Blimp” image in Pacific Point ink on Whisper White card stock. Cut it out using the coordinating size Oval Framelit and your Big Shot. Adhere to the “Clouds” with Tombow Glue leaving enough room to write the child’s name underneath. You might as well write their name now in the space you left.
3. Cut the “2” out of Pacific Point card stock using the Typeset Alphabet Die and your Big Shot. Punch 2 Small Oval “Balloons” out of Pacific Point card stock. Adhere in desired positions using Tombow Glue. Draw Balloon Strings with your Pacific Point marker. You can also decorate your Balloons with your Marker if desired.
4. Write your message on the 4″ x 5-1/4″ Whisper White card stock you cut earlier. Adhere to the back of your card with Tombow Glue.
5. Seal tightly in the Translucent Envelope. Your card will still fit in a Medium Stampin’ Up! envelope.
6. Mail or give to one of your favorite children!
