Grateful for You Metallic Fall Leaves Card

This Grateful for You Metallic Fall Leaves Card uses Brass and Copper Foil Sheets. You could use cardstock if you want for the leaves.

Some of the leaves look green because they picked up the reflection of my green shirt.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut Your Papers:
~Pumpkin Pie card base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~Very Vanilla card front: 4″ x 5-1/4″

Cut & Emboss:
~Get the three solid Leaf dies from the Gathered Leaves Dies set.
~Cut one each from Brass Foil and one each from Copper Foil. I like to put a folded sheet of printer paper on top of the die and foil to help prevent my cutting pad from distressing the shiny foil.

~Watch This Video if you need help with this Embossing Folder technique.
~Now get your Embossing Folder. Find the side with the raised lines. Gently rub your Soft Suede ink pad over the raised line. Insert your Very Vanilla card front on the uninked side and get in the position you want. Gently close. Run through your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with Plates #1 and #4.
~Remove your cardstock.
~Clean your Embossing Folder under running water and let dry.

Label:
~Stamp your Words with Memento Black ink on Cinnamon Cider cardstock.
~Cut out with a Stitched So Sweetly die.
~Put Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back.

Finish Your Card:
~Glue your embossed card front to your card base.
~Lay out your Leaves and Label. Try to center them better than I did.
~Glue the Leaves to your card front.
~Attach your Label with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Your Grateful for You Metallic Fall Leaves Card is finished.
