Learn to Make a Treat Holder to fit the size of Treat and Stamp you want to use. It is a pretty easy process. Like with most things… Measure twice, cut once.

SUPPLIES:
Stamps: Changing Leaves Stamps (also part of a Hybrid Die + Embossing Folder Bundle)
Ink Pad: Cajun Craze ink pad
Cardstock: Wild Wheat cardstock
Tool: Stampin’ Pierce Mat
Paper Snips
Post-It Notes
Adhesive: Tear & Tape OR Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Measure:
~Candy: bottom, height, and thickness (not shown in video). Write down the measurements.
~Choose your stamp. Measure it. Maybe draw a box to see if it will fit. This will be your Front and Back of your Treat Holder.
~Decide how thick you need for your Candy to fit in. This measurement will be the sides and bottom measurements for your Treat Holder.
~Draw a rough diagram and add measurements. If you are unsure if it will work, cut and score a Practice one.
2a-Score and Cut:
~Follow the video to see exactly how I scored and cut mine.
~Needed about 2″ tall and 1″ wide for my Candy. My Candy is thin so I did not measure how thick it is.
~Drew a 2″ square to see if my Stamp would fit. it did!
~I decided to do a 2″ square for the Front and Back with 1″ wide sides and bottom. The sides and the bottom need to be the same measurement!
2b-How I did it:
~So I cut it 3″ tall: 2″ for the box height and 1″ for the box bottom.
~Score at 1″ along the long side for the Bottom Flaps
~Now score the other way at 2″ for the Back, 3″ for one side, 5″ for the Front, 6″ for the side, and cut at 6-1/2″ for the side flap.
3-Stamp and Put it Together:
~I put Post-It Notes on the fold lines because they were hard to see under the Stamp Block.
~The Leaf was stamped with Cajun Craze ink on the Front and Back. You can stamp the sides too if you want.
~Put Tear & Tape on the box outside on the Back Bottom Flap and the Side Flap as shown in the video.
~Turn your Box so the inside shows and put Tear & Tape on the Front Flap.
~Do your Side Flap first by laying it flat and folding the rest of the box on top of it so the fold line and edge and tops line up.
~Next fold in your Back Bottom Flap, then the Side Flaps,
~Fold in the Front Bottom Flap last making sure your Box is “Squared Up”.
~Fill with Treats and give to someone.
