Every Wednesday until Valentine’s Day there will be a Valentine Card for you. This one uses The Language of Love stamp set from the NEW Occasions 2014 Catalog. You could also use this card for a Wedding or Anniversary.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut your Whisper White card base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
2. Cut your Real Red Core’dinations Paper at 4″ x 5-1/4″. Run through your Big Shot with the Modern Mosaic embossing folder. Sand the raised parts with your Sanding Block. Adhere to your card base with Tombow Glue.
3. Cut a piece of Whisper White card stock at 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″. Stamp your Heart Border in Real Red ink so the top of the Hearts are about 1/4″ from the edge of the card stock and the border is centered along each edge. Use your Paper Trimmer to trim around the outside edges about 1/8 to 1/4″ on each edge. Now use your Paper Trimmer to cut out the inside. Use the clear ruler to help you position cutting line. The White part of the Frame is about 5/8″ wide on my card. When your Frame is cut, use Tombow Glue to adhere it your your Core’dinations card stock making sure to leave an equal border around all the edges.
4. Cut the Hearts A Flutter Framelit Heart out of Silver Glimmer Paper.
5. Stamp the Language of Love Heart stamp in Real Red ink on Whisper White card stock. Punch it out with the Full Heart Punch.
6. Punch out two Real Red Hearts. Cut one in half lengthwise and the other in half width-wise. Put SNAIL adhesive on the back of the Whisper White stamped Heart. Now take the Real Red Heart top and adhere it to the back of your Whisper White Heart making a narrow (about 1/8″) mat. Now add the two Heart halves to the back, adding SNAIL to help hold them in place and also making about a 1/8″ mat around your Heart. Now add the bottom point of your Heart to the back adding SNAIL as necessary and leaving a 1/8″ mat. Trim if necessary. Use Dimensionals on the back of your Heart with a mat and adhere it to your Silver Glimmer Paper Heart. Use Dimensionals to adhere your layered Heart to the center front of your card inside the Frame.
