The July Paper Pumpkin Cards Kit presented a challenge for me with so much brown. So I added some color to my cards. Here are two of the cards I made. Information about the August Kit is at the end of this post including a sneak peek video!
SUPPLIES:
July Paper Pumpkin Kit
Ink: Just used the Pretty Peacock included in the Kit
Stampin’ Write Markers: Pretty Peacock
Cajun Craze
Cardstock: Pretty Peacock
Cajun Craze
Tools: Stamping Sponge #141337
Adhesives: Tombow Glue
Stampin’ Dimensionals: Regular and Mini
SNAIL
SAILBOAT CARD INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Find the following pieces from the Kit:
~Striped card base
~Sailboat
~Green Circle
~Boat steering wheel
~Two Clouds
~Stamp and the Label it will fit on
Also get SNAIL and Stampin’ Dimensionals
2. Stamp your sentiment on the Label.
3. Add Stampin’ Dimensionals or Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals to the backs of:
~Sailboat
~Boat Steering Wheel
~Clouds
~Stamped Label
4. Lay all the pieces on the card base where you want them. Attach the Green Circle first with SNAIL. Attach everything else with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Your Sailboat Card is finished.
YOU’RE THE BEST CARD INSTRUCTIONS:
*1. Find the following supplies from the Kit:
~Kraft colored card base with embossed card front
~Green patterned paper
~1 Dark Green leaf sprig
~2 Leaf stems
~Banner & Stamp
~Linen Thread
Stamping Sponge, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Tombow Glue
2. Optional: Take your sponge and the Pretty Peacock ink and sponge the card front.
3. Stamp the words on the Label.
~Attach the leaves and the Leaf sprig to the back with Tombow Glue.
~Add Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the Label.
~Now put the Label on the patterned paper.
~Glue it to the card base.
