I am really enjoying the variety of patterns in the International Bazaar Designer Series Paper! I reproduced the flower pattern in the paper with Scallop Circle Punches.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut Very Vanilla card base 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
2. Cut International Bazaar paper at 5-1/2″ x 12″. From this strip cut a 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ piece and a 5-1/4″ x 4″ piece. Adhere the 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ piece to the card base with the brown pattern facing up. Adhere the 5-1/4″ x 4″ piece with the flower pattern facing up.
3. Make the punch flower. Punch the Large Scallop Circle from Pacific Point card stock and the smaller Scallop Circle from Daffodil Delight card stock. Cut and punch as in the above photo. Adhere flower parts with SNAIL. Lay on card front.
4. Sentiment Label. Stamp 2 times: Early Espresso ink, and Lucky Limeade ink. Stamp the Teeny Tiny Wishes sentiment in Pacific Point ink. Cut the Early Espresso image with your Big Shot and the Apothecary Accents Framelit. Punch the large Oval from the Lucky Limeade image. Punch the smaller Oval from the Pacific Point image. Adhere all layers with Dimensionals.
5. Lay out sentiment label and punched flower in desired positions. Adhere with Dimensionals. Now add Dazzling Details as desired. Set aside to dry for at least 30 minutes. Next time I think I will use either Pearls or Rhinestones instead of the Dazzling Details.
6. Admire your unique card!
