How to EASILY Cut Intricate Dies

CARD SUPPLIES:

Stamps: Sweetly Scripted Stamps
Ink Pad: Pebbled Path ink pad
Cardstock: Daffodil Delight cardstock
Garden Green cardstock
Shaded Spruce cardstock
Granny Apple Green cardstock
Very Vanilla cardstock
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine: Citrus Blooms Dies (also part of a Bundle and a Suite)
Adhesives: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
Stampin’ Dimensionals

CARD INSTRUCTIONS:

1-Cut Your Papers:
~Daffodil Delight Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~Very Vanilla Word Strip: 1″ x 5-1/4″

2-Die Cutting:
~Choose whether to use Wax Paper or a Dryer Sheet.
~Choose your Cardstock color.
~Lay down your cardstock, then either wax paper or a dryer sheet folded in half, then your Die.
~Run through your Cut & Emboss Machine forward and backward.
~Firmly hold both cutting plates together with the Die inside and flip over to run through again.
~Run forward and backward.
~Remove die cut and peel off the wax paper or dryer sheet.
~Most of your excess pieces should come off easily.
~Use your Take-Your Pick Tool with the Piercing Tip to remove any small bits that remain.

3-Finish Your Card:
~Lay out your die cuts where you want them. Glue on. Trim off any excess Leaves that hang over the edge.
~Stamp your Words with Pebbled Path ink on your Very Vanilla Word Strip. Attach with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
